化解内在的伤害感

Thought always weaves a pattern which is common to all humankind.
思想总是会编织全人类共有的一种模式。

Direct observation(listening) of the thought without the interference of another thought leads to a learning in which there is no learner. 
直接观察(倾听)思想,而不要被任何其它想法介入,会导向没有学习者的学习(状态)。

Then thought begins to uncondition itself.
然后,思想就开始不再局限它自己。


Solving a single problem: the question to ask oneself is “have I solved a single problem? A single hurt ? “ in solving a problem one learns much more than reading numerous books. 
解决一个单一的问题:
一个人可以问自己这个问题:“我已经解决了这个问题吗?一次伤害?”在解决问题时这样问自己,一个人可以学到很多,胜过读千万本书。

many have read k for many years , so why not ask this question? 
很多人读克里希那穆提已经很多年了,但是为什么没有问这个问题?

Solving a single hurt produces a great amount of insight and vice versa. 
解决一个单独的伤害能够产生大量的内在洞见,反之亦然。

If one has really gone through this , one will never hurt anybody.
假如一个人能够完全做到这一点,ta将不会再伤害任何人。
